The programs of Sayansi Ambassadors are primarily funded through merchandising initiatives supported by Mama Swai African Boutique, a mission-aligned social enterprise that develops African-inspired educational and empowerment products. These include STEM learning journals, science experiment kits, program-linked apparel, and handcrafted items created in collaboration with low-income women in Tanzania. Each product is intentionally designed to reflect and extend the organization’s educational programs by incorporating storytelling, learning elements, and real-world impact connections. Revenue generated from these products is formally contributed to Sayansi Ambassadors to sustain and expand its STEM education initiatives, while also advancing economic empowerment for women and increasing access to hands-on learning opportunities for underserved communities.
